Will at the front desk provided exceptional assistance during a banking issue, and our kids loved having the pool to ourselves. The breakfast in the restaurant was a delightful start to the day.

The location is prime for any history buffs, as it's right near major Lincoln attractions—can't beat that! The on-site restaurant provides convenience for meals without needing to venture far, especially during a busy weekend.

Unfortunately, the elevator situation is a real headache, with only one working elevator for an overbooked hotel, leading to long waits. Issues with cleanliness were alarming. the bathroom showed signs of poor upkeep, and the room had an unpleasant odor lingering about. The functionality of the air conditioning was erratic, making it hard to find a comfortable temperature during the stay, and there were several instances of maintenance issues that were less than ideal.

We had such a good time at this hotel, especially enjoying the clean room with comfy beds and having the breakfast served by a really friendly waitress. The indoor pool was perfect for unwinding after a day of sightseeing, and the fruit-infused waters in the lobby were a nice touch. One tiny hiccup was the parking situation, but it didn't spoil our stay at all. 😊

Had a nice time here! The staff was super friendly, always ready to help — even at 11PM! The location is perfect, walkable to restaurants and the Capitol. The room was comfy, and I loved the Crabtree & Evelyn goodies. Just wish valet service was a bit more consistent in the mornings.

The burger and fries were superb, making all my dinners a treat. The cleanliness was impressive, which made my stay comfortable, though the outdated decor was a letdown.

The staff was welcoming, and we enjoyed a fun night out at the local theater, which was just a short walk away. The ambiance and live performances made for a memorable evening with the kids.

My kids wished for more entertainment options in the hotel to keep them busy. Adding a family-friendly game room could improve the experience.

the room was comfortable with a flat-screen TV, refrigerator, and air conditioning. enjoyed spa facilities with a fitness center and an indoor swimming pool. breakfast had freshly baked croissants and a variety of organic juices. staff was responsive and accommodating throughout my stay.

The hotel had a great location, just steps away from local attractions. My favorite moment was enjoying cookies in the lobby while chatting with friendly staff.

However, we faced a long wait for the only working elevator during rush hours, which was quite inconvenient for our group.

The hot tub was out of service during my stay.
